Taste the garden's August bounty in a delicious mildly seasoned brine.  Green beans, carrots, onion, red and green bell peppers and cucumbers. Use as you would a giardiniera blend. Even though the flavor is fantastic, we're not keen on this first batch's cloudiness due to ground spices. So future brine recipe improvements will make our 2.0 version. Pint.
